Partner Programs

Our partnerships have helped make our programs diverse and quality-oriented. We are always open to new collaborations with corporations, non-profit businesses, community groups, government agencies, as well as public K-12 and higher education institutions. Longwood has historically been identified as a teaching university, and that’s what we continue to do best.

longwood community music program

Longwood is launching the Longwood Center for Community Music, an outreach program for beginning piano students, both children and adults. Soon, dozens of children will gather in Wygal Hall to learn about music, move to its rhythms and start to explore the piano, other instruments and even vocal classes. Private adult lessons will be arranged on an individual basis.
